MINIMUM STAYS:
The following length reservations may be made up to a year in
advance:
--Spring, summer or fall campsite stays for a minimum of 2 nights,
and 3 nights for holidays. --Spring and fall cabin, trailer, and lodge stays of 2 nights, and
3 nights on spring and fall holidays. Spring stays are prior to
7/1/12 and summer stays are after 9/3/12. --Summer (July 1 - Sept. 3, 2012) cabins and trailer stays of
Sun.-Fri. (5 night special), or Sun.- Sun. (weekly special). These
stays have discounts.
--Summer (July 1 - Sept 3, 2012) lodge stays of Sun.-Thurs.,
Sun.-Fri., or Sun.-Sun., and summer lodge stays of any 4 nights or
more that do not start or end on Saturday. Note that the 3 stays
mentioned that start on Sundays all have discounts, while stays
beginning other nights of the week for 4 nights or more pay the
listed nightly rate. See the 2012 Prices page
for details.
None of the rental unit stays mentioned above can be held and then
shortened in the month before your stay.
In summer (July 1 - Sept. 3, 2012), shorter rental unit stays of 2
or 3 nights, or other variations of stay, may be made based on
availability starting one month ahead of your arrival date, but not
earlier than that.
ADVANCE DEPOSITS:
Campsites require 2-night deposit, full payment for holidays. Rental Units:
2-night deposit.
FORM OF PAYMENTS:
Advance Deposits: VISA, MC, Amex, or Discover. Checks accepted if received at
least one month before check-in. On Arrival: VISA, MC, Amex, Discover or cash.
Balance due at check-in. $100 Rental unit security deposits are cash only.
CANCELLATIONS:
Refund less $10 service charge with at least 7 days notice. One
year credit less $20 for cancellations with 3-6 days notice. No refund/credit
date change for 2 days notice or less, or due to weather,
no-shows or early check-out.
REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC
SITES OR RENTAL UNITS: We try to satisfy requests, but do
not guarantee specific numbers. Site/rental unit number given on
arrival only.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Campsites: In after 2 PM, out by 2 PM. Rental Units: In after 3 PM, out
by 12 noon. All check-ins must arrive Fri. nights before 11 PM, Sat.
before 9 PM, Sun-Thurs, before 8 PM.
MAXIMUM PERSONS:
Campsites: 6. Rental Units: 6. This includes all adults and children,
including babies. All rates include 2 adults and 2 children 3-17 years.
To have the maximum 6 persons there are extra charges.
FOR RENTAL UNITS
PLEASE BRING: Sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, utensils,
(and camping stove to cook outside cabins).
RENTAL UNIT
SECURITY DEPOSIT: On arrival, $100 CASH only.
Returned at departure for clean, undamaged unit.
General Information
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS: Available in 4 lodges, 1 tent area bathhouse,
pool area bathhouse,
spray pool and snack bar.
MOTORCYCLES, ROLLERSKATES, SCOOTERS, SKATEBOARDS, and GOLFCARTS: Not permitted.
CAMPERS’ GUESTS: Must register at office and pay fee before entering
park, depart by 11 PM.
SPEED
LIMIT: 5 MPH at all times. Drive slowly in
our park!
QUIET
HOURS: 11 PM - 8 AM. No loud radios or disturbances at any time.
Children must be on-site by 10 PM and campfires out by 11:30
PM.
POOLS:
Adult must accompany children under 14. Bathing in suits only (no street
clothes). Whirlpool spa for adults 21+. Swim diapers required.
PETS: 1 dog or cat per site in your tent or RV. Not permitted in or
outside rental units, recreation areas or pools. On short leash and
supervised at all times. Pit bulls, Rotweillers, Dobermans and other
guard/attack dogs not permitted (please ask).
